Damaged or Spoiled Product
We take every precaution to ensure your beef arrives fresh and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged
or spoiled, please follow these steps:
  1. Take a Photo – Capture a clear picture of the issue, whether it’s damaged packaging or
    spoiled beef.
  2. Email Us – Send your photo to orders@wileyranchbeef.com with the following details:
    • Date of delivery
    • Description of the issue
    • Your name and order number
    • A phone number where we can reach you
  3. We’ll Review & Respond – Our team will review your submission and contact you as soon
    as possible to
    discuss a resolution.
Delivery Issues
Once your order leaves the ranch, it’s in the hands of our trusted delivery partners. We recommend tracking
your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
packages or delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping
issues.
