Our Hatch Green Chili brats are special. Made with the famous green chilis grown in Hatch, New Mexico, these peppers are spicier than those grown in other parts of North America. Add those unique peppers to our own dry-aged, USDA-Approved ground beef, and we’ve got the start of something tasty. But, we don’t stop there. We mix in cheddar cheese, our own blend of spices, and a little salt and pepper to make what we feel is a pretty good brat. But don’t take our word for it, taste it for yourself.
