Traditionally made of pork, bratwursts have been a favorite “sausage” for centuries. Here at the ranch, we’ve created our own all-beef version of the bratwurst. We start with our USDA-Approved, dry-aged ground beef, then mix in salt, pepper and a unique blend of spices. The end result is a juicy, flavorful beef bratwurst—ranch style.
